Medicaid Services
CARTS is the Transportation Provider for medical transportation services for Service Area 12 provided under Medicaid and administered by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
Area 12 includes the City of Austin and all of the CARTS District plus Llano County. These services are free and can be arranged through TxDOT call centers.
