Call Center Reservationist
CARTS is currently accepting applications for a professional, customer-service oriented person to join our fast-paced Austin Call Center.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct telephone interaction with clients while using a computer program to schedule rides, respond to questions from customers about CARTS service, and resolve problems for customers.
Requirements for this position are:
- The ability to learn quickly, multi-task and problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using computers.
- Previous experience working with customers.
- The availability to work any shift as needed.
- Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required.
Our Call Center hours are:
- Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Saturday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
